Michael Sullivan
Founder / Owner / Contractor
With over 35 years of experience in the construction, carpentry, renovation, and home improvement industry, Michael Sullivan has built his career around quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service.
For more than 20 years, Michael led a 15-man operation, completing residential projects throughout Northern California and developing a reputation for skilled workmanship and professional service. His experience spans a wide range of projects, from detailed carpentry and custom work to renovations, remodeling, repairs, and home improvements.
After stepping away from leading his previous operation, Michael wasn't ready to leave the trade behind. Instead, he saw an opportunity to pass his knowledge and craftsmanship on to the next generation. Alongside his son, Morgan, he founded Sullivan Renovation & Carpentry with the goal of building a company centered on quality work, honest communication, and personal service.
Today, Michael brings more than three decades of hands-on experience to every project. Whether it's custom carpentry, a renovation, a repair and restoration project, or a larger home improvement, he approaches the work with the same principles that have guided his career: do it right, stand behind the work, and treat every customer and home with respect.
For Michael, Sullivan Renovation & Carpentry isn't just about completing projects—it's about passing down a craft, building something lasting, and creating a company his family can be proud of.
Morgan Sullivan
Co-Founder / Lead Carpenter
With 13 years of experience in the construction, carpentry, renovation, and home improvement industry, Morgan Sullivan has built his career through hands-on experience, hard work, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Morgan's journey in the trade began at 16 years old, spending his summers working alongside his father, Michael, and learning firsthand the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and doing things the right way. After graduating from high school, he joined his father's business full-time, determined to learn the trade from the ground up.
Starting in demolition, Morgan worked through every stage of the construction and renovation process. Over the years, he developed experience in finish carpentry, custom work, renovations, project coordination, and working directly with homeowners. Learning every part of the process gave him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to take a project from the initial idea through completion.
Today, as Co-Founder and Lead Carpenter of Sullivan Renovation & Carpentry, Morgan works alongside his father to carry their shared standards of craftsmanship and professionalism into every project. He takes pride in being involved in the work from start to finish and believes that good communication, attention to detail, and treating every home with respect are just as important as the finished product.
Morgan's goal is simple: continue the craft his father taught him, build on it, and create work that the next generation can be proud of.
